I need a replacement owner for this single season progressive entering season 23, the 1991 season.
New owner can cut more players before forum draft.
AL has DH.
Random assigned below average skilled AAA players to help with player fatigue.
The rules in this league force owners to try and win all season as the 1st round of each season's draft is decided by a wins per $ formula.
1990 Playoffs about to start.

Wins divided by total salary
The lowest value gets the best pick.
1. The AL teams will have there total salary reduced by 4%. Since the AL teams need to pay for more PA and IP (because of the DH) they shouldn't be punished.
2. The total salary will be defined as "total salary at game 151 (EDIT CHANGED FROM 120)". A teams total salary cannot be decreased by more than 10% from the starting salary. Teams can trade away as much of their salary as they'd like but their # can only by x- 10%.
