I'm wondering what you guys think is the most important factor when trying to decide if a player could potentially leave early.

Patience/Restraint:
Materialism:
Motivation:
How would you guys rate these in importance to predicting if a guy is going to leave early? My guess would be Patience/Restraint and Materialism would be at the top of the list. Self-Control would probably matter as well.
