In Coors?

Better you than me.

No, seriously, I love it.  They will basically steal as much in Coors as in the Astrodome.  Pretty low OBP.  I don't think I've seen too many championship teams with an average OBP under .330, but obviously you can load up on evil deadballers like Joss and Walsh and maybe toss in the `94 Maddux, who doesn't give up many homers.  Good range infielders will help keep guys off the bases with DP's.  But with that low OBP, you may lose a lot of 1-0 and 2-1 games.

what's wrong about being crazy?

I kind of agree on the OBP aspect of things, especially if what you are looking for with base stealers is turning a walk into a double or possibly a triple.  1980 Jerry Mumphrey, 1987 Billy Htcher or 1983 Rudy Law would be good OF upgrades without spending much more money, while 1997 Tony Womack would upgrade Julio Cruz dramatically for 300K.

It seems like a bad idea to me.  Why pay for steals when it's cheaper (and probably better) to pay for hits in Coors?

Stealing bases in Coors seems like a waste to me.

To answer your initial question...you WOULD be crazy because you wouldn't score enough runs and would lose a lot of games regardless of who your starting pitchers were.
