I gambled and lost with coaches this year. In the past I had been really successful with hiring a couple fallen ML coaches at AAA, but this year there were none and I got stuck with "bottom of the barrell" autofill picks. My pitching coach there is a 48 and my hitting coach is 39, which truly was bottom of barrel, there were better coaches in RL, but they gave me some slugs from Hi A that haven't worked in years and definitely never at AAA. I have great coaches at AA, should I risk demoting them to avoid crushing their development? What do you think will happen if they stay there with the terrible coaches? I have budget $20M for training, not sure if that is a factor or not. I had a terrible fielding coach once, I think he was single digits, when I first started learning and he killed all my players defensively throughout my system
