Recruiting D1s from D2 Topic

I am at a D2 with B- prestige. I have been constantly recruiting 2 low D1 players who are interested in no other schools. They say they are waiting for bigger schools but will keep me in mind. How long will it take before they consider me? If they are into material objects, would booster gifts get them interested in me.

Booster gifts probably have a better chance of landing you on probation than of convincing a recruit.
