I've had a team in IBA for awhile and I am thinking of joining two more worlds to eventually have one team at each level.  Im looking for opinions on the best worlds for each division. To narrow it down a bit I am not interested in the 2 game a day worlds. Thanks in advance.

the NAC in Allen is routinely considered a top tier conference/world and we currently have 1 spot open.

If you're looking for a place to stay at D3 for a while, check out Tark, specifically the ODAC.  We are a conference that just filled up two seasons ago and one of our other long term coaches just moved up to d2, leaving a nice up and coming program behind at Guilford.  New coach sign ups for Tark start Monday day morning and recruiting starts the next day.

You miss his last sentence there, tk?

Crum is very competitive in D2 especially the CVAC. Not there anymore but I miss that conference. Peterock just had a player drafted from D2 in that conference.

D3 Wooden is fantastic.

I second this assertion.

I'd recommend the MIAC in D3 Wooden. We're building a very competitive conference, with 4 NT bids (3rd most in D3) and one PI bid this year. There are only 4 open teams right now, and our CC is very active. We'd love for you to join us!

Oops, should have read more carefully. I thought he said he wanted to join a 2 a day. Just as long as nobody joins the USA south I'm happy.

If you want a good D2 conference, the northern sun in Smith is a great , we are starting a thread with conf. player of the week, game of the week, and more.

DIII Naismith is good.  There are a lot of DIII dynasties where veteran coaches have chosen to stay at DIII and keep their programs going rather than moving up to a higher division.  Both Capital and Freedom are excellent conferences with very low turnover.  Heartland has a few openings.  That's my conference.

I don't know how people couldn't be interested in 2 game a day worlds...it's the only way to play...1 game a day is sooooo slooooowwww

1 a day worlds are half price, that's why.

And some people don't have time to gameplan before the afternoon game, are too busy to recruit that often, etc.

Anyway, Wooden is also in the NT, so you'd be able to join relatively quickly.

Wooden DIII is the only choice for DIII.

the DIII level has turned into quite a ghost town in all worlds.  Wooden has quite a few full conferences and tons of rivalries all over.  Plus it has wronoj's Dynasty List.  Check the forum.  a killer ranking of all DIII teams. . . .  great conferences are the Midwest, Michigan, NAC, Minnesota, and Litte East

as far as DII, i know that Rupp DII had a big influx of coaches a year back (or so).  dont know if its still "hoppin" or not though.

DI is competitive everywhere.

thanks for all the input and feel free to keep this thread going as I haven't made up my mind yet. There may be others looking for worlds to join as well. I am leaning towards wooden for dIII at the moment though :)
