I currently have a prospect that projects to 100-ST 100-CT 96-VE 81-GB 90-P1 92-P2 and three pitches in the 40`s and 50`s. My question is how will this guy fare with splits of 69 and 70. I know he is definitely worth a rotation spot but I`m trying to figure out if this guy is a SP2 or a SP5 or somewhere in between. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a link to a pitcher with similar ratings. Thanks.

If he comes within about 5-10 points of those projections, he'll be a fine starter. Where you place him in your rotation is relative to your other starters, of course, but I would think he'd consistently offer something like 1.35 WHIP and 4.00 ERA. He'll give you a good K/BB ratio but will probably have a mediocre OAV, which can be mitigated by a pitcher's park and/or strong defense.

This guy looks pretty similar to what you've described.
