Currently, does an A- loyalty prevent you from climbing the ladder to a better job?  I know seble is supposedly addressing this, but I'm trying to do some job-planning and if he's going to relax this hurdle (if it currently exists), then it sure would be nice to know his timetable for changing the current system.  Of course, maybe I should be careful what I ask for given how some other "tweaks" have gone
