I have a ML level 1B coach who "wants to stay" but I want to move him to the Hitting Coach job. It's a higher paying job so you would think that in the "real world" it would be a no-brainer decision for the coach. The drop down box doesn't make this option available though. Is it somehow possible to make this move?

The only way, under that circumstance, is to allow him to go the free agent coaching route, then sign him back (though not at the garunteed low price he's asking for now)  Its a flaw that needs to be fixed.
