  Hi, I'm a new coach and I fell like my team is pretty talented but were just not winning games I was just wondering how to do better should i Fullcourt press?  Play man?  What is usually the most succesful system?

Choose with one system and stick with it. Sorry to burst your bubble, but your team will be hard pressed to go over .500 with that roster.

There is not a best system. Every system can be successful witht he right players. Pick a system you like then get the players to fit that system and learn the system. And read this
