What is the lowest pitch caller you'd start in an important BL game?  50?  40?  Lower?  Assume great hitter and attractive mug.

I've got a guy with PC in the 40s who plays all the time (DUR was 100 until this season) for a team that has made multiple LCS and WS appearances.

I think I saw an owner win a WS with a C who had PC in the 30s... 36, IIRC.  Also led the league in pitching, I believe.
