My HS scouts (paid only $10m) have reported an 18-yo pitcher, whose projections look great to me, but seem too high.

They see him as going from 48 to 96 in control, 34 to 72 in vLHB and 44 to 80 in vRHB.

He's got a makeup of 84, but he's not going to make those full projections, is he?

No.  Your $10m scouting budget has him projected way too high.
