I'm in rehire coach phase.  I checked a box to rehire a 3b coach at $750K.  Then I opened another window to see which 3b coaches would be available and how my coach compared to them, etc.  Anyhow, the new window had to be refreshed which I always have to do when opening a new window in WIS.  When I refreshed, it showed my coach had signed for $1,870,000, which coincidently was the salary for the only other coach I had hired so far, my PC.  I sent a ticket to see what happened and if it could be fixed.  I'm just wondering if they can fix it, if they can do it before coach hiring ends, (I have all day tomorrow)  or if I'm screwed.  I don't know how long their response time is or if I can even expect them to fix it.  Anyone have this happen to them?  and what do you think CS will do and will it be in time?  Do they do tickets sunday?

I have a ticket open from 2 and a half weeks ago that hasn't gotten any response, don't expect a speedy reply

I think they do do tickets on a Sunday.  And with time sensitive issues, they don't drag their feet as much.  Good luck.

I got the reply:
Unfortunately, we cannot undo user mistakes. Please be careful when using multiple tabs or windows. For more information, please refer to the following thread: http://www.whatifsports.com/forums/Posts.aspx?TopicID=391401&TopicsTimeframe=30.
this stinks because it wasn't user mistake.  I don't even think 3b coaches demand $1,870,000, do they?  and you can't change their asking price, its either take it or leave it I believe.  I replied to their ticket asking to adjust the salary, I don't mind the coach at $750K but $1.87 mil. is a little much for 3b coach.  Would hitting refresh in a second window be user mistake in their eyes or is this a programming issue that needs to be resolved?  It would suck if they still say user mistake because why would anyone know that would happen.

Write back that it wasn't user mistake. After while they will either fix it or ignore you completely.

I'm no programmer, but it seems to be an inherent issue with ".aspx"-type stuff, I think.

The same will happen with multiple prospects, but they don't sign right away, so it's not a big deal.

Or if you have a World Chat open for World #1 in one window/tab, and go to World #2 in another window/tab, then type something in the World #1 WC, it gets posted in World #2's WC.

Same type of error, but much less costly.

They took care of it today.  I was mostly concerned that they didn't do tickets Sun, then would give a b.s. reason to first ticket, and  by the time I get home from work monday to send another ticket another day is wasted and rehire coaches is over.  Luckily they responded sunday (with a generic, b.s. response) and I was able to respond to it right away and they took care of it.  All is well but damn, it could have been costly and it seems like an issue that should be looked into.
