A ban on anyone ******** that sim ai recruiting is too tough, too advantageous, or too good.

Sims are God awful recruiters. The couple small advantages that they're given isn't enough to change that. Figure out how to beat them or make alternative plans.

But I think a moratorium on any complaints that they're too tough should be outlawed for sheer ridiculousness.

A moratorium should be outlawed?  I don't think that's what you meant at all...  Either a moratorium should be imposed, or complaints should be outlawed.  But I don't think you want moratoria outlawed.

Buy more teams, problem solved.

Should we bring back keelhauling for the offenders?

Lol.... people think sim recruiting is too tough?

While I did complain that they are given an advantage in one sense is because I also believe that Simmy's should be reduced by making it easier to move up, while also making it easier to be fired if you underperform. This would make reaching your dream job easier, but also put the pressure on you once you get there. If you fail, you'll be replaced because it will be easier for other coaches to get their chance.

This is an obvious solution. But I guess it makes too much sense for it to be actually applied.

You're right, yes ... I was coming off a very long night, lol.

Well car_crazy, if all anyone cared about was high D1, then your solution might be fine.  But given that there are generally the highest human populations in D2 at this point, I don't think that's a good generalization at all.

Yes, well that's an issue in my mind. They need to make DI more competitive and fun.

Do you have an alias or are you basing your opinion off of one D1 season, because I'm wondering where you proved you were a solid D1 coach, and you faced some sort of injustice.

6 teams in 16 seasons isn't realistic, btw.

Agreed. If anything I'd like to see sims spread out the way they spend cash, maybe even saving some to drop on a recruit or even "poach" from others on day2. The only advantage they seriously have is recruiting internationals and the handful of 3,4,5 star intls usually go to humans with higher prestige schools.

My only SIM complaint is that their targets are generally completely out of touch with what a given school is going to be able to attain.  SIM Notre Dame in Allen was only like three top 25 players at the start of recruiting the other night.  That's just a waste of SIM resources.
