I've never seen this before, the FSS states that the recruit is definitely leaning towards the other school but he already has 6 freshman signed but still has 1 opening on his roster. Since he can't sign with that school will he eventually end up signing with me even if I never take the lead or do I have to take to the lead to get him to sign, and if not will he just go JUCO?

As long as your being considered and have schollie listed. He is yours if other team signed 6 fresh. All depends on you being considered and what messages say. Ignore other team.

I did ignore them and at the 11am cycle the 4 freshman Delaware had considering all stopped considering. Thanks.

I was on the other end of this same situation once.  I failed to realize I already had 6 freshmen and had won the battle for the 7th. What happened was that the freshman in question tried to sign with me, but couldn't, and at that point dropped me off his considering list, leaving the team that was trailing in the recruiting battle as the only player in the game.
