Practice Maintenance Minutes? Topic

what's the latest thinking here? How many minutes if I want to keep ratings at their level with no decreases?

Let's poll:

1) What if I have a SG with 91 PER?

2) What if I have a PF with 14 passing?

3) What if I have a PF with 50 passing?

4) What if I have a PG with B+ free throw?

Without knowing their potential it would be difficult to say.  WE also plays a role as well as playing time.

You didn't include the key factors needed in answering that question -- WE, playing time, and whether the guy is maxed out in said category.

If you had a guy with solid we playing 15-20 mpg, you can often get away with basically no minutes. If they're maxed out this is especially true.

If you had a guy with low we and/or who's sitting on your bench, you need more minutes. It's a sliding scale, a bit like setting SH minutes.

Let's assume everything is maxed out in terms of upside..

If everything is maxed (via AC emails), then I would set 1)-3) at 0.  If I had nothing better to do with the minutes I might try to see if I could get more out of 1).  For 4) I set maxed out FT to 8, not sure if 0 works there or not.
