anyone care to guess why my Nichols team has had so much foul trouble in the early going so far(including exh games)? Particularly my star player, Jeffrey Sutton. It's not IQ's, and it's not fatigue, at least in Sutton's case. It may be a small sample size, but I wanted to get in front of this and get it resolved before it really hurts my season. This wasn't a problem in the past couple seasons, with the same roster.

You've played some unbelievably talented offensive teams.  In particular athletic teams good at driving to the rim with both guards and bigs.  That's always going to generate foul issues.  I wouldn't worry about it in the long term.

27 fouls today against an inferior team, cost me the game. 

Maybe you should play slowdown?  You had a lot of guys in the yellow in the 2nd half.  Every timestop after the one at the start of the half you had at least one guy who was tiring on the court.  That's not exhausted, but it seems like the first place fatigue shows up is in the number of fouls committed.
