The only one that jumps out at me that isn't explained by the usual Sim adjustments around the 20-pt. mark in the early stages of second half play is UMass-Lowell switching into uptempo at the 15:36 mark. Considering that the first 4 minutes had bounced between normal tempo and slowdown at roughly the same margin, I'm not sure where the logic trigger would be to kick things into uptempo at that point.
UMass Lowell was playing uptempo at the beginning of the game, so their un-adjusted tempo is uptempo. So at the beginning of the second half the SIM felt they were so far ahead they moved to slowdown. UNLV came back moving UML to normal tempo and then finally uptempo (i.e. unadjusted). Looks perfectly reasonable to me, although if you want to quibble about the trigger points go for it. Keep in mind as well the SIM takes into account the time left in the game.
confused -- still picking on those poor DI programs eh? I'll be rooting for hungryal tomorrow.
