I applied to a top tier DII school, I'm currently in the lower ranks of D1.

I lost the job to a DIII coach?!?  This make any sense at all?

My Resume:  (2yrs DI, 4 DII, 1 DIII)

Players Drafted: 0

COACH 2 from DIII, all DIII

Whens ur loyalty at? And most recent seasons are weighed more than previous seasons, not to mention he has a better winning %.

Your last 2 seasons are losing records.  His are pretty good.

Loyalty is at an 'A' rating.  I would think that the DI poor record would still be better than his good (but not great) DIII record.  Interesting how they weigh things for coaching decisions.

The other question that I had is that why would it rate me as being 'overqualified' for all the DII schools when I know from playing in the national championship game in DIII that I wasn't listed as overqualified for DII openings....yet still lose out on the job?

overqualified, perhaps the sim thinks you will bolt is a great opportunity exists elsewhere and they want long term

Yeah, this would never happen in real life. Just more evidence that the Jobs process needs a COMPLETE makeover.

Jobs are just really messsed up on the whole, D-I is even worse.  I'm not even qualified to coach at my OWN school, where I raised the prestige a grade and a half.

Why do D1 schools not accept human coaches over sims? Do you really need A+ loyalty to get into D1? Referring to bottom feeder D1s

I'm a D2 coach with a B loyalty. Do I really have to wait till A+ loyalty to land a bottom feeder D1 team. What a bummer.
