I am trying to recruit a ranked player, and after my CV, I got this message:

"Coach, Catawba has some good aspects. I don't want to get stuck on the bench though. "

Does that mean I have to offer him Start or PT to sign him, or will another CV do the trick?

First of all, that team is insane for DII. 

And I wouldn't read too much into it. If recruits actually factor playing time into their decision—besides when playing time is offered—that would be news to me. 

One question, why are you recruiting Lester?

All the props go to OldWarrior for building that team, and letting me take an easy NC.

And I thought Lester was pretty good. Maybe I should aim higher.
