I am not claiming my team is good. My conference is having a terrible season overall and I have not played any really good teams all season. However, I can see that my team is superior to all the other D-II teams I have coached, so I assume that I am doing something right. I realize that you cannot see my past teams in-depth but please look at my team and tell me if there is anything that I am actually doing correct for a FB/FCP team. Or maybe I am just winning a lot of games on a weak. schedule? Please note that the seniors were not recruited by me.

Primarily weak schedule

You have a well-balanced team with few weaknesses. Good speed, decent defense, good rebounding.

I understand that my schedule is weak and all, but it was weak the past few seasons as well. I would have scheduled better this season if I would have known that my team was better. And thanks al for telling me some good news.

ur team is a yr older than last yr, a full yr of improvement with only 1 graduating, that's pretty much it. 

I feel like you are way, way underusing that SF of yours. No way that's only a 5.5 ppg scorer

Any guy on my team shooting .578 is gonna get a lot more distro.
