Ideas to build a team around Topic

Was wondering if anyone wanted to share some ideas on themes to build a team around, and what you look for in players to fit that theme.  As soon as a new world opens I'm going to take bottom barrel team in D3 that hasn't had a real owner in a long time and build it from scratch, but I wanted to do it in a fun and different way.  Was wondering if anyone could offer some ideas.

Everyone has the last name of  "Johnson".

The 3pt team of all time.

The "I think I've figured out how to do slowdown/triangle/zone" team.

The team that's built to maximize Free Throws - both taken and made.

Team Canada!

I forget the coach, but at Johnson C Smith in the Central (D II) in some world the coach used to just sign Johnsons...

Pound it inside triangle/man team, get them in foul trouble, works great vs. press teams, not as good vs. zone.

Interesting, I use that system/philosophy at my V. State team and I found more success vs. the zone than the press. Granted, the quality of the press teams was superior than the zone teams I played.

just make sure that whatever you do, you don't conspire with anyone else about doing so and have them do something like it as then you will be guilty of collusion.
