Does anyone know what the chances are of getting a job if its a longshot?

In actual numbers? Probably not (well, seble I suppose) - I've seen threads like these where a few coaches say they've gotten jobs as longshots, but I haven't, and it seems rare.

Yeah I just tried and they said they are looking for a coach with more experience.
