How do I see the potential (hi low avg)? Topic

For the current players on my roster (that I did not draft, just took over the team), how do I see their potential for improvement (hi ave low) so that I can structure practice time?

You don't.

You'll get a "player thoughts" email in the morning after your first exhibition game.

Thanks.

It's been suggested that someone taking over a team should be given the potentials for current players to help them decide who to cut/keep. It's a good idea imo, but since WIS can't figure out how to stop having teams from their own conference play each other in the first round of the postseason I doubt this will ever happen.

the easy way to do this would be for WIS just to send you the player thoughts message from the preceding season - which should exist somewhere on the servers.....with a cute note from the Assistant Deputy Head Coach saying - I found this in the mailbox of the old coach, thought you might find it interesting

the only downside is all the folks who get confused and forget about the past season's worth of improvement and complain about what the saw v future gains...

keep in mind, they would get a fresh, updated player thoughts message after the first exhibition - and if they cant sort out that a season-old message will be somewhat out of date, life is tough
