If its an OL team, I would say you've just run into a little early season bad luck and that the team will eventually start to come around, sooner rather than later.  But if its still like that one-third of the way through the season, me personally, I'd dump some guys and make changes before its too late and you get too far behind.  I currently have an OL team which has a sub .500 record even though they SHOULD be winning a lot more, so I know how you feel.  But you never know because I recently had two teams that started off really awful and at one point, were both at least 17 games out of first place. But after making a few changes, they both came back to win their respective divisions with one of them winning the WS. So like I said, you never know.  But with the guys you have, I would exercise a little restraint and patience because I believe they will get it together soon.

If you play a lot of OL's you will see some terrific starts and some horrendous ones. Only 11 games in; give it about 40 more games and you'll have an idea whether this is a dumper or not.

How about this Zub?  Six posts up I mentioned a team that I had that was playing really bad.  Well, get this, they're STILL playing bad, but I'mi n first in my division with a losing record halfway through. lol  I've been scouring the wire for days trying to find a couple of guys who make sense for exchanges, but no luck so far.
