The other 2 playoff teams will draft 13-14th based on their records. You need 35 wins by end of the year to qualify for lottery.The 3 worst W-L in one group and the next 9 in another. This means the 3 worst teams all have a shot at the # 1 pick. (All ties will be broken by # of live games played!!)
Round Two to finish-Teams will draft based on their regular season records only with no regard to post season

We our starting our 11th season as the JFK league started in 1963. We are currently looking for 1 owner the California franchise .California will be in Anaheim stadium and In the American league. We are currently running our 1973 draft (1st round untimed) . California is picking 5th overall 70-92 in 1972 and have just drafted Frank Tanana in the first round They were an expansion team in 1969 and have picked up young players such as Blyleven,Hooton,Hiller. You may cut as many players as possible. I am determined to keep this league going as long as possible. Here is the current roster for California for 1973
