I was at DIII for 7 or 8 seasons(A+ reputation) before taking a low level DI job. In my second season, I decided to cut one of the players that I recruited in  my first season there. Getting ready to start my third season, and my reputation is B-, and I'm not even qualified for DII jobs. Does that seem right? I can't remember what my reputation was when I first moved up to DI.. maybe A-? Haven't used any booster gifts or anything.

I don't want to leave yet, but I would like the option to move to a mid major after 2 or 3 more seasons.

Another thing that affects your reputation is when players go ineligible.  IIRC cutting your own player is approximately one letter grade.

Yeah I forgot I had two ineligible players(which was total BS but that's another story)
