OBP+ vs. OBP# Topic

If the Log5 (#) stats are against a historical average, which is virtually unvarying, but the + stats are against the league average for that player season, then aren't the + stats more valuable/meaningful in the sim than the Log5 stats?

That is, how does the sim use these stats?

When would you value one more than the other?
