As long as you don't have too many turnover problems, I would start Knight most of the time. I like his better SPD and ATH and the better stamina helps too. The only real advantage to playing Hogan is slightly better scoring ability (but not much with the lower SPD) and better defense. If you are facing an opposing C who is a very good scorer I might play Hogan since his defense IQ is higher and his DEF rating is higher, but on the other hand his slower SPD may result in him getting beat more than you woud like.
