The USA South conference in Tark (D3) has four open Sim teams right now that would love to see human coaches take over. We're an active group of coaches, the No. 2 RPI conference in the world in spite of the Sims and enjoy a spirited geographical rivalry with the ODAC (aka The Evil Empire). Six of our eight human-coached teams were playing in the post-season this past year.
If you're looking to add a world or simply trying to find a home in a more Sim-free conference, check us out. Oglethorpe would be a good pick-up...their last human coached team brought in one of the top recruiting classes in Tark in his final year. Those kids are hitting their junior season right now. Two of the other three openings bring virtually everyone back from last season, which could give a coach a good bounce in prestige before having to hit the recruiting trail and plug in his own players.
