I know this is a game we pay to play and as a result to keep customers the firing system will never be perfect; HOWEVER, If a coach has been at one of the elite programs for 10+ seasons and has a total of 3 postseason wins (and by post season Im including the CT, PIT and NT).  That coach should be fired.  The elites are destination jobs for a great many of the people playing this game and It is not fair to the other paying customers to tie up some of these jobs for as long as they are tied up.

I agree.  I have no idea what the firing logic is, but it is much harder to get canned in HD than it is at a Big6 school in GD.  And it is much easier to game the system in HD to have lots of upperclassmen.

It's easy to game the system in HD to have lots of upperclassmen?  It may have once been, but at least in my experience, it certainly isn't anymore.  If you're at an elite and you're pretty good, your team is almost guaranteed to lose 1-2 early entries every year.  That has an effect on upperclassmen hoarding after a few seasons.

I agree. It's a ****** deal to just watch some fool sit at your program and have to wait for him to run out of seasons to make a move up. If you disappoint for 3 straight seasons, you should be out, end of story. And the hiring logic should allow good coaches to move up faster and take these jobs so they don't get killed by the Sim AI.

there is no logic in the firing/hiring logic.
