i was in d2 and won national championship a few seasons ago... i am at liberty with 4 scholarships open with C prestige and spotless reputation... what ranked players can i reasonably expect to get(high and low range)?

You should be able to pull down in the 480-200 ranked range, the 530 rated will probably reject calls.490-520 but depends on luck, any quality players close to you. Send a phone call to any quality players within 200 miles rated 480-540. Higher range may contact you later.1 of my B+ prestige d2 teams was able to sign a few 530, 160 ranked, this was the upper limits with luck, no d1 team poaching.

You do realize he's at DI right?

Anyway, you should be looking at guys from 30 to 60 (at their position) I would say, depending on what local talent there is. Recruit within 190 or 360 to keep yourself invulnerable to higher prestige teams. You have quite the starting team there so get some high potential recruits and you have a chance to be a NT team in your first two seasons I would say.

Being in the Big South with you, I'd look strictly at players rated around 380-420 with low potentials.  You'll gain the respect of your peers when you win with that team, and isn't that what this is all about?

Kidding - vamrbball brought in some good players that season he was there, so Liberty should be tough.  car_crazy's advice is spot on... you should be able to go with somewhere around a position rank of 30 on your top end and should stay in your backyard - but the recruiting area is typically stocked up pretty well, so you should be fine.
