I know this is a young team and that I am going to be taking my lumps this season, at least until the potential kicks in(I expect some rather massive ratings improvement over the season and bring them all back next year) But given that I accept a rough year. . what is the best lineup you can think of for the season?  Right now Storm is redshirted for this season.

SCharf will be in front once his IQ goes up.

With a young team I would forget IQs and start Scharf now instead of waiting. Others might disagree

Right now, once I correct for WE and DUR< Blackwell is still the better player. . he might not - probably won't - still be by the end of the season given the potentials and the 91 work ethic, but wouldn't scharf be more effective at the moment off the bench until that Stamina rockets up?(Its one of several high - highs)

I was looking at speed, ATH, reb and the IQ difference, in addition to stamina.  At the moment two letter grades, isn't that a big difference?

start the player with the most high potentials and lowest WE. Play them 25mpg to maximize their growth this yr so they can be dominant next season.

Thomas Scharf:
athleticism: big upside(High plus)
defensive fundamentals: big upside(High plus)
shot blocking: limited upside
low post moves: big upside
perimeter shooting: big upside
ball handling: limited upside
stamina: big upside(high Plus)
durability: big upside

Gary Blackwell:
speed: limited upside
defensive fundamentals: limited upside
low post moves: big upside
perimeter shooting: big upside
ball handling: big upside
passing: big upside
durability: big upside

Scharf already has a 91 WE, vs a 57 for Blackwell, so by that measure, should be blackwell. . . .
