I know his glove is way below the recs. What can I expect defensively and offensively from him?

I'd have no problem playing that guy in CF if I had to. He'll probably OPS mid-to-high .700s.

I used this guy in CF alot.   Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Stephen Osbourne

46 combined errors/negative plays in 4068 innings in his career.  IOW, he kicked one once every 10 games.   I don't think that's the worst thing on earth.
