I tried to schedule a home game agains SIM AI North Carolina and I got a rejected letter in my email saying the wont play me. WTF?

  A. Most of the time yes, but there are some schools that may reject your offer outright while other schools may be open to playing - but only on their home floor.

Makes sense that NC wouldn't want to play against a C-, even a BCS C-.  However, since I'm assuming you mean NC State, it is a little surprising...

I've never seen this happen. I have alway had computer controlled teams accept right away.

I think it comes when there is a big prestige gap - so if you have not seen it you may just not have been in that situation.

Yep, never had it happen to me, but have heard a few times that when the prestige gap is large enough, you will be rejected.
