Okay this is getting to me....I've played around 90 games this season and almost half have been one run games with half those going into extra innings....on paper I should have one of the best teams in the league....any suggestions guys?

Like score one more or allow one fewer and all your problems are solved.  Rather, make that two more or fewer so you are not in a perpetual extra inning game.

Adjust your lineup.  Adjust your pitching staff settings.  If your starters are better than releviers let them go longer.  If you have a great pen, set them to come in earlier.  Change your management settings.  In other words, tinker.
