This is a straight forward Franchise league with $100m cap.  Pick a franchise and use any player's seasons from 1961-2010 associated with your franchise. The range of yrs and the $100m cap will allow for more a more level playing field between franchises that have been around for 100yrs verse teams like the Blue Jays and the Royals. Will max out at 2 versions of any given franchise. (Lg # mlb96815)

Rules
  • $100m cap
  • No AAA, No WW
  • No Clones
  • If a player was traded to your franchise, you only can use his partial season associated with your franchise
  • Must use a stadium associated w/your franchise
  • If you opt for the Marlins, Rockies, Rays or D'backs you may combine any 2 franchises
  • If you franchise changed cities you get access to both teams (ie: Expos/Washington)
  • 50 live gms played to make the playoffs
When you sign up, list your franchise

Why does it say you use a season associated with your franchise... yet then in the first sentence of description it says "twist"....  Sounds contradicting. Which is it?

the word twist should have not been used and has been removed...sorry for the confusion
