1) Long term contracts for coaches.
2) In season hiring / firing / promotions for coaches.

Are we ever going to see this??

Say you want to promote your AA PC (who ended up being better... it happens ) to AAA because that's where your best pitching prospects ended up...

Shorten the process about two days.  Not cycles but days.  There's no reason for a low A pitching to coach to hold out for six days.
