Team crisis (or am i overreacting) Topic

My team has lost what I think are games I should've won easily with the talent I have. I don't know why I'm not winning. Would you be winning with the players I have against these caliber SIM teams. It must be a coaching mistake and I'm not sure what it is. I felt like I was losing games because my starters were getting too tired by the 2nd half and letting the game slip, a trend shown throughout the season so far. So I'm wondering, would it be better for my team to have the starters tired playing in the 2nd half playing tired or have my subs playing 20 minutes and contributing barely anything to the team and having no offense or defensive efficiency. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks

i think  youre over-reacting.  your team has decent athleticism and speed for a D3 team, but you dont have great IQ's and only have one perimeter shooter, who happens to not be very athletic.  your team doesn't rebound that well and has absolutely horrid ball handling and passing skills.  several of the teams you lost to i think are more talented and have better IQ's.  the two really low RPI teams you lost to both play press and really exploited your inability to take care of the ball.  in several games you have only played like 8 guys.  you really should be playing slowdown, especially against press teams because of your turnover issues, but obviously you can't do that because you run fastbreak.  there are some useful pieces on your roster, but your team just really isn't built to be successful as a group as it stands right now

I agree.  Sorry, zsap, you just don't have the personnel to run fast break, and it shows in your results.

So in the next recruiting the things I need to work on are
  • Ball Handling and Passing
  • Rebounding
