you need to have very good passing in triangle.

You do need good passing, but at D3, you're not going to get post players who can do it all. I think you still have to prioritize ATH / REB / DEF first, then other ratings. To me, passing would be a nice-to-have, but not as critical as about 5-6 other ratings.

In D3 I wouldn't even look at pa for big men.
