My Rochester team has performed very well so far this season.  However, I'm still pretty unsure of my optimal lineup, specifically when it comes to the big men.  It seems pretty clear to me that Donald Fisher needs to start; unless I'm missing something, he's far and away my pest post player.  However, the other starter down low is far less clear, and I could make a decent argument for any of the other 4 post players on the roster.  Campbell started for most of the season because he was the best defender and initially had a somewhat substantial IQ advantage over the other, younger guys.  He's still the best defender, but by a smaller margin, and the pack has made up a lot of ground in the IQ department.  Campbell doesn't personally contribute a lot offensively, but his BH/Pass combo is pretty solid for a D3 post player and helps the team offense.  Recently I've been starting Latham purely because he had been at the bottom of the depth chart at both C and PF and had been complaining a lot about playing time.  He never sent that "I'm happy now" e-mail, but he did gain back 2 of the 5 WE points he had lost, so I'm hopeful he'll stick around.  I hope so, because by this time next season he'll probably be the clear-cut favorite for the starting role.  His biggest argument is that he is easily the best offensive option.  I don't need a lot of help scoring, with Vegas, Litherland, and Fisher largely taking care of that.  But his BH/Pass is significantly better even than Campbell, and I really think that helps make my scorers better.
The other 2 guys are less likely to get the nod.  They are better rebounders than Campbell and Latham, but Neuhaus in particular is pretty poor defensively.  Litherland's REB is fairly average for a D3 SF, but his Ath is good and he contributes solidly on the boards.  I think O/D are probably more important to my team out of my 2nd post player than a little extra rebounding, but I could be wrong.  That's why I'm asking.

Of course, if I play any teams with poor rebounding the whole thing goes out the window.  I'll go back to my small lineup with Vegas sliding over to SF, Litherland to PF, and Michalik coming in at SG.  Put my 5 best players on the floor and play slowdown, and absent major foul trouble they can all go 30+ minutes in the slow zone.

I like what you're doing now. Latham is your best option at PF in my opinion and otherwise, there aren't any changes you should make. Besides possibly adding some distro to Litherland and take some away from Campbell.

I say the optimal lineup is the following:
PG: Norton
SG: Bassett
SF: Campbell
PF: Terrell
C: Neuhaus

Since you are playing zone, you can play these guys for 40mpg, so no backups.

You sure you want Terrell and Neuhaus both starting?  They could do a lot of rebounding.  Particularly with Campbell at SF.
