How late can an owner wait to make an offer to an unsigned coach?

Coach hiring ends in the pm cycle. Must the offer be made in the 2nd half of the am cycle, or can it wait until the beginning of the pm cycle to receive the acceptance in the 2nd half of the cycle?

Thanks Mike. Does that occur before or after any offer I make is resolved in that same cycle?
