beginnning in a new world? Topic

hi all, everytime i click into start a new world instead of join a new world, it just goes back to the same page, is there a restriction on this, like you need so many seasons before you can get in a brand new world or am i missing something?

New world creation is restricted.  There are a set of pre-requisites that need to be met before a new world can be created, such as "x" number of first-time owners, "y" number of seasons of commitment, nobody can leave an existing world to join a new one, etc.
