Beating an expected doubleteam? Topic

What's the best way to beat an expected doubleteam? I know based on historical play with this coach that it is coming. Should I divert offense from my superstar and give it to the underlings? Or just game play as usual and let the sim engine send the ball to other players? Or should I just use a balanced distribution and let the engine work that out?

If you know the doubleteam is coming, I prefer to set my star to go inside(-2 or -1) and have him draw alot of fouls.

It's a 33-PPG big man, so he's already going inside.  When you're sure a doubleteam is coming (read: against every non-press human coach) maybe try and get one of your guards to be a viable second option?

the problem with starting Herndon with McLaird is that your LP scoring is coming from one guy.  I get that Herndon is a lockdown defender, but maybe make him come off the bench at both big man spots and start McGowan?  If you start McGowan, you are at least keeping some pressure off of McLaird.
