We will choose between 2 era's which the 1st era will be the (1981-1995) seasons. The 2nd era will be the (1986-2010) seasons.

We will have 12 owners in each era. We will have a simultanius snake style draft except the 3rd round which will duplicate the 2nd round. The 4th round will continue a snake style draft. The draft order will be randomized.

Divisions will be set by era's. 1st 6 picks of 1st era in one division last 6 in the other division making up one conference. The 2nd era is the same format for their conference.
 
You can draft any player who played in your era but you can only use the seasons of your era for each of your players.

There will be strategy and a little luck involved with the draft. We will see which era mixed a little is the greatest!

Since I love the 80's and early 90's I will draft a team from the 1st era and possibly another from the 2nd era if necessary.
