So I have a guy who was saying he wanted to test FA last season, and wouldn't resign.  Our world just rolled, and budgets haven't been set yet, but now it's saying he'll play for whoever will show him the money.  So is that just because it's before season has started, or did he change his mind in the offseason?

Unless his overall rating fell off a cliff, he's going to change his message to he's gonna be a FA no matter what once the budgets are set.
