Which is better?
Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Neifi Ortiz
Decent arm strength and accuracy with great pitch calling.  Good range (does this matter in a catcher??).  His lack of batting eye and/or contact may make for plenty of strikeouts at the plate, his offensive numbers would be pretty low.  More power than guy 2.

Similar arm and PC....not nearly as much range.  Better batting eye and contact.

Heath and Durability are both similar....does it matter which POS plays?

the 2 range means he is going to give up a lot of passed balls.  Therefore I would go for A.  I had a C with a 0 range. though he was a gold glove hitter even if he could play 1b!  so I didnt mind the almost obscene amount of passed balls.

I actually ended up signing this guy... Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: J.D. Mann in lieu of both of them.
