Here are the specifics...

Entry Fee:
$20 WIS GC purchase will be required to fund the prize pool.

Prizes:
1st: $100
2nd: $60
3rd: $40

Roster (17 players)
Starting Lineup: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Def/ST (no flex)
Bench: 8 players (any positions)

Individual Player Scoring:
Pass TD = 4
Rush/Receive TD = 6
Pass Yds = 1 point per 25 yards
Rush/Receive yds = 1 point per 10 yards
Receptions = 1 point (this is a PPR league)
2-point conversion = 2 points (includng pass)
FG = 3 (0-39), 4 (40-49) or 5 (50+) points
XP = 1

Defense/ST scoring:
All TDs = 6
Safety = 2
Fum/Int = 2
Sack = 1
Pts allow: 14 (shutout), 10 (2-6 pts allow), 4 (7-13 pts allow)

No negative points
No double-counting on special team return TDs (only the def/st gets credit, not the player too).

Free Agents:
Standard worst-to-first priority waivers (must submit claims by Wed night).
First-come, first-serve after waivers are run

Lineup Deadline:
Start of first game per player

Trades:
Standard ESPN trade rules. Trades during draft are allowed.

Divisions / Schedule:
2-divisions, 5 teams each. 13-game regular season (2 games vs divisional opponent, 1 game vs opposite division)

Playoffs:
Division winners and next 4 best teams (regardless of divison) make playoffs. Division winners are seeded #1 and #2 and get first round bye. Playoffs end in week 16.

Home Field Advantage:
Higher ranked teams get 3.5 point home field advantage in playoffs.

Tie-breaker
No tie-breaker in regular season games (ties are ties). Ties for playoffs: 1st tiebreaker = most fantasy points scored in all games, 2nd tie-breaker = head-to-head record against all tied teams. 3rd tie-breaker = points differential in head-to-head games.

There will be 2 picks per day scheduled. You can pick ahead of your scheduled time slot only if nobody was skipped. Please site-mail the next 1-2 persons up next.

Quick question: for waivers, do we post them on here, or submit our claims to you privately?  I realize "blocking" teams is a tactic in using the WW, but in this case, since teams aren't "paying" players, it's nothing for someone to snag a player they don't need and stash him on their bench just so another team can't use him.  I think that would hurt the league in this case, but just my two cents.

EDIT: Or is this 100% online after the draft?

Everything is done on the ESPN website and is pretty straightforward.  The only thing done on this site is the draft.  We could've run the draft on ESPN too, but I know it's really hard to get everybody to agree on one time slot. 

The term "waivers" is simply another way of saying "picking up a free agent".  As long as you cut a player for each pickup, you can pick up any player not on a team.  If you want to take a guy you'll never use, that's allowed.  An 8-player bench isn't all that much.  You figure you will eventually need a backup QB, TE, K, DEF/ST, plus a number of backup RBs and WRs.  If you can afford to use a bench slot for a player you don't think you'll ever use, more power to you.

FYI I live in Central New Jersey and we should be getting Irene through the night into tomorrow. I don't expect major issues where I live but losing power is always a possibility. I don't know where everyone is from but please stay safe.
