It's been a while since I've played, when do drop downs occur in the recruiting cycle? Does it happen once or does it happen within a series of cycles? At what point does the first set of drop downs occur during recruiting? Thanks!

Dropdowns can occur anywhere from the 3rd to the last cycle. It just depends on your prestige and the recruit
