I just called a guy in Knight who showed up as a D2 recruit but within 70 miles.  He calls me back with a recruitable message!  Yay!  But guess what?  Now there's a D2 sim showing up on him.  Wasn't there last cycle.  I thought that didn't happen until after signings...  Unless he was just an uber-low priority that didn't show up as even being considered until now?  Any thoughts on what's going on here?
